Joe is a financial consultant focusing on small to midsize companies needing assistance in scaling operations and/or successful exit.  He has over 30 years of financial and general management experience primarily with manufacturing, packaging and internet distribution companies.  Joe has worked in public companies, divisions and on corporate staffs.  Additionally, he has had active roles with private equity investors on the assessment of acquisitions, recapitalizations, sale/leasebacks, etc..  Joe’s most recent role was as CFO and lead investor in the purchase of Z1 Motorsports in 2018. After restructuring the company, the investors sold in November 2020.  Prior to Z1, Joe was CFO and minority investor in HM Wallace plumbing distribution from 2015-2018.  After successfully recapitalizing the company, the organization was able to grow by 30% year-over-year until the successful exit to publicly traded strategic buyer Ferguson Enterprises.  Joe attributes his success to his ability to identify exceptional management talent and providing the guidance and financial structure to support the organizations growth and initiatives.

Joe, a Michigan native and Western Michigan University graduate, resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and daughters.
